Otter Art. Cute Sea Otter stands up for a pose in the gold water. They are constantly on the move so I was glad this one stood up for a second and I was able to get the otter with the water dripping down its fur. They are members of the weasel family, sea otters are also the second smallest marine mammals. This cute otter animal decor looks great in a children's room or as nursery decor.
